Payroll Backup and Support
We provide a backup for your payroll! Knowing the phone number or the email of your payroll provider is one thing, knowing they will respond fast and efficiently is another.
When you need us, we will be there! We can and will strive to assist you in everway possible. Payroll Matters Ltd., puts your needs first! When you go on annual leave, if your staff fall sick or take time off, we can assist and place someone in your office temporally to help organise any payroll issues. We are there when you need us! Our hours are 9am to 5pm; but if you need help we will provide you with an out of hour’s phone number (8 am to 8 pm).
We promise to stay in constant contact. Every week/month we will contact you to ensure there are no unexpected problems, and if there are, well then we just deal with them with out any song and dance! You can contact Payroll Matters by e-mail, which will go directly to our phones and laptops ensuring we won’t delay in responding. You will be provided with both our regular phone line and also our after hours mobile number.
You can email us details or questions which will be redirected to our phones to ensure immediate access. You can call into the office or request us to call out to you and we can talk in person. We work our schedule to accommodate yours. While our normal opening hours are 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, we can and will be only to happy to arrange to meet you outside of those hours if they do not suit. We will call to you, or you can come to us. If there is a problem we will develop a solution.
There is never a problem as bad as one that is left to fester. If you have a problem we will always invite you to share it. Together we can work on finding a solution, (even if it’s not payroll related).
